3-MONTH PROGRAM

This program is designed to make you reach full autonomy in matters of nutrition & fitness. You will start by losing weight and shedding fat; then perfect your vegan habits, ameliorate your fasting performance and most importantly delve into reaching ultimate fitness as the program progresses. At the end of the program, the weight-loss and fat burn become secondary to the immense power of the overall well-being.


Also, after having mastered veganism & fasting within the 1st month, we will guide you towards exercising regularly & effortlessly. You will exercise as it were your true nature because you will do it out of conviction. We will teach you how to be convinced via scientific evidence and actual physical & mental well-being. Not because you're forced (which isn't sustainable on the long run and which is why only a small minority is capable of sticking to a fitness & lifestyle routine on the long term). At that point, the well-being will carry you and you will know how to fly on your own. You will know which life habits to conduct and you will execute them seamlessly while constantly ameliorating physically and mentally.
